Know Your Numbers Week Comes to Liverpool

Residents across Liverpool are being encouraged to get involved in Know Your Numbers Week from 7 to 11 September, with free blood pressure checks and wellbeing support available at locations across the city.

The week will see healthcare professionals, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), community organisations and lifestyle services working together to help people better understand their blood pressure and overall health. High blood pressure often has no symptoms, making regular checks an important way to identify potential health risks early and access support if needed.

Events will take place at community centres, lifestyle drop-ins, transport hubs, places of worship and other local venues across Liverpool, giving residents plenty of opportunities to stop by for a free check, speak with healthcare professionals and learn more about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
